I wonder what the weather is.

For the final Action Project of the Water unit in my STEAM class we talked about how water causes weather. We went over sun radiation and its effects as well as climate change. Our Field Experience of this unit was going to the Field Museum in Chicago. The exhibit we were focused on was concentrating on water in art. Most of these photos were from the Jardine Water Treatment Plant and since we had visited there it was cool to see what we saw turn into a nice photo. From there we talked about global warming and climate change with one of the scientists working there. We then began to work on the final project which was a slideshow talking about the average weather and climate of a city of our choice. The city I chose was Wroclaw which is in Poland. In this slideshow we were asked to convert Fahrenheit to Celsius or vice versa. I also showed different effects of climate change and their impact on Wroclaw and Poland. What if I did Not Have Access to Food?

The final weeks of the first term were very brief. What seemed like so much to do in little time. This unit of Sustainable Development Goals was focusing on sustainable development. Sustainable development is very important when it comes to building cities, providing for people, and supporting energy for everyone. The definition I made for sustainable development is,  the growth of communities and societies where our natural resources are not destroyed. One assignment during this unit was to interview three people about sustainable development and why they thought it was possible or why not. From the interviews I conducted I found that sustainable development is possible but not soon. For this to happen people need to work together and look out for each other. Everyone must be on the same page because only a few people trying to create this cannot succeed without the support of the entire community. After this work we began to combine what we learned and create our final project. This
